WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. We accept only swimwear purchased from galeneswim.com in new condition with tags and hygiene seals being intact. Return shipping is at customer expense. Please note that all gift and promotional items are non-returnable/refundable. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn or are soiled/stained.


WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it which includes tags and hygiene seals being intact.
  • The item must not be worn, washed, altered in any way or are soiled/stained. 
  • The item must be sent to us in the original mailer within 30 days from the day you purchased your item. 

*A return that does not meet above requirements will be denied, returned to sender and will not be processed.


WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

  • Free gifts
  • Promotional/sale/discount code items
  • Items that have been worn or are soiled/stained

HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEMS?

  • The US, please pack the items safely back into the original mailer, attach the pre-paid return label (valid for 30 days) to the mailer, and drop the package off at your local post office. 

  • Thailand, please pack the items safely back into the original mailer and mail the returned item to:

WILL GALENE COVER THE RETURN COST?

Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the returning cost. 

For the prepaid return label available in the US, we will deduct the cost of return label ($10) from your refund. 

For Thailand and worldwide, please make sure that your mailer is insured, traceable and prepaid. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary. 


DO I GET A FULL REFUND?

Please note that the refund you receive will be the price of the product and sale tax, excluding 

(i) shipping cost (if applicable), 

(ii) return costs, and/or 

(iii) prepaid return label. 


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. 


WILL GALENE COVER THE CUSTOM DUTY AND TAXES INCURRED FOR RETURNING ITEMS?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any custom duty or taxes incurred for returning items to us. If there is any custom duty or taxes incurred for returning items to us, we will deduct such costs from your refund. 


Please keep in mind that the US border allows products with value less than 800 USD to enter the US without any custom duty or taxes. 


WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND YET?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the instruction below:

  • check your bank account,
  • contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, and/or
  • contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

DO YOU OFFER AN EXCHANGE?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please simply follow the return process and place a new order.
