WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation and a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 


ARE CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COST?

USA: Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, so there will be no customs, duties and taxes.


Thailand: Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Bangkok, so there will be no customs, duties and taxes.


Rest of the world: You will be liable for all import customs, duties and taxes. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from custom.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We do not have any control over these fees and cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Therefore, we advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
